Voronezh Excavators Plant with $12m debt goes bust

Voronezh arbitration court has introduced bankruptcy procedure at Voronezh Excavators Plant (VZE), Kommersant reports.

The plant’s debt reportedly totals $12m, and is mostly controlled by mother company – St. Petersburg’s Kirov Plant.
