Novosibirsk hosts BIT Siberia 2011 final

Business Angels of Siberia is announcing for April 1, 2011 the final of the BIT Siberia 2011 competition to be held in Novosibirsk.

BIT Siberia 2011 is a contest of business ideas aimed at spawning hi-tech start-ups. The hosts will meet the winning teams from all over Siberia, including Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Tomsk, Irkutsk, Lesosibirsk, and others.

Sixteen teams are expected to present their innovation projects. Each will have seven minutes to make a comprehensive presentation.

BIT Siberia 2011 is a regional lap of the all-Russian BIT 2011 competition (http://bit-konkurs.ru/). The BIT 2011 jury features VIPs from Intel, Microsoft, ABBYY and Russian VC funds (http://bit-konkurs.ru/). For lists of experts working with previous BIT Siberia laps please visit 2010, 2009, 2008.

The event will be held on April 1, 2011 at 56, Lomonosova St., Novosibirsk, between 11 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
