Chelyabinsk region’s $135m anti-unemployment program

A total of $135m is to be spent to finance unemployment prevention programs in Chelyabinsk region in 2010, regional officials report.

Of the total funding, $96m is reportedly to be assigned from the federal budget, and $39m is to be put up by regional authorities.
