Authorities in the Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria have completed construction of a $1.74m business incubator in the town of Prokhladny, news agency RBC reports.
Of the total funding, $1.22m was reportedly allocated from the federal budget, $160,000 was assigned from the regional budget, and $360,000 was put up by municipal authorities.
The business-incubator has 40 offices for 100 employees, equipped with modern computering.
The offices are to be given to small businesses under tender results. The business incubator is also to give consultations on business management to starting entrepreneurs.
