Do entrepreneurs need banks any more? How do you find and impress an angel investor? How do you run a world-beating crowdfunding campaign? These are the questions to be discussed at the Hangout that starts at 9 am PST / 5 pm GMT / 8 pm Moscow time.
For this next Google Hangout, Google for Entrepreneurs and Virgin Unite will be exploring the world of alternative funding. Adora Cheung, co-founder of Homejoy, will be hosting, and David McClure (500 Startups) and Danae Ringelmann (Indiegogo) are also taking part.
The panelists will be sharing experience and advice on how entrepreneurs can navigate the path to the right type of funding. Around the Hangout, the partners will be running a short content series on Virgin Unite, sharing tips and stories from influential thinkers in the start-up and alternative financing spaces.
