Grishin Robotics, a VC fund founded by Dmitry Grishin, a well-known Russian tech entrepreneur, earlier this fall led a $5m seed round that supported Taskade, a U.S.-based start-up that recently graduated from YCombinator.
The start-up has been busy developing a new product that helps teams, which operate on a remote basis, collaborate around projects that can be re-organized based on how the individual user best works with tasks.
Taskade’s platform is designed to meet a lot of needs at once; a team can take notes, designate tasks, chat with co-workers, set goals, and visualize everything that has already been completed.
YCombinator acted as a co-investor in that round with Grishin Robotics.
