23 Apr '19
Severgroup, a group of companies controlled by steel tycoon Alexey Mordashov, has acquired GetLean, a Moscow-based start-up providing courses for healthy food and lifestyle. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed, EWDN reported.

Founded by Yulia Gurbanova in 2016, the young company has a team of 10 people, including three full-time employees. Its science-based 12-week program is sold online for $225+.

The company will be integrated to Severgroup as part of the Severgroup Medicine department, which was launched in 2017.
