Luxoft, a large player in the offshore programming market which was set up by Russians, was bought earlier this year by DXC Technology, a U.S. IT company.

In this notable $2bn deal, Luxoft co-founder Anatoly Karachinsky reportedly got an estimated $432m. Luxoft CEO Dmitry Loshchinin, who owned another sizable stake in the programming company, was said to be expecting $60m from this DXC Technology transaction.
