Tyumen region eyes $2.4m fish center

Authorities in Tyumen region have announced plans to allocate $2.4m on construction of a cold-water fish breeding center in 2010.

The center to grow starlet and produce black caviar is reportedly to be located in the regions Tobolsk district.

The center is scheduled to start working in 2012.
