Tyumen region spends $2.6m on Velizhansky water structure

Authorities in Tyumen region have spent a total of $2.6m on modernization of Velizhansky water intake structure in 2009, regional officials report.

Most of the funds are reportedly invested into implementation of energy saving technologies.

Velizhansky water structure is the main source and provider of clear water in Tyumen city.
