LUKOIL-Rostovenergo spent $4.6m boiler houses overhaul

LUKOILs subsidiary LUKOIL-Rostovenergo spent $4.6m on development of utilities infrastructure in the city of Rostov-on-Don in 2010, the company reports.

The funds were reportedly used to increase power capacity of three boiler houses in the city by 40 GCal per hour.
