Adygeya spends $2.4m to overhaul Shapsugsky water reservoir

A total of $2.4m is to be spent on reconstruction of Shapsugsky water storage reservoir in the Republic of Adygeya in 2010, regional officials report.

Under plans, the funds are to be spent on reconstruction of a 20-kilometer dam and discharge structure with run-off capacity of 385 cubic meters of water per second, as well construction of a new and discharge structure with run-off capacity of 415 cubic meters per second.
