Energy firm En+ Group has bought a controlling stake in coal supplier Resourseserviceholding, Regnum has reported.
Eurosibenergo, En+ Group's electrical supply arm, paid an undisclosed sum for 99.845% of shares in the firm from investment firm Donalink Ltd.
Resourseserviceholding supplies coal to power plants and itself owns a network of factories.
According to reports En+ and Donalink have both opted not to reveal the value of the deal until later.
En+ is owned by Basic Element, the investment firm run by Russian tycoon Oleg Deripaska.
