Zabaikalsky region to spend $37m on new diesel stations

Authorities in Zabaikalsky region have announced plans to spend a total of $37m to ensure secure energy systems in the region in case of emergencies in 2010.

Under plans, the funds are to be used to purchase 254 back-up diesel power stations, in addition to existing 170.
