St. Pete seeks $400m North Waterworks investors

St. Petersburg officials will hold a tender to seek investors for a North Waterworks upgrade, Interfax reports.

The private-public partnership (PPP) based project will reportedly cost an estimated $400m.

Under plans, preliminary bids are expected in Fenruary-April, followed by the project proposals tender proper that will last through January 2012. A winner will be announced by March 2012, the source said.
