Vladivostok needs $31.5m for housing overhauls

Vladivostok authorities have prepared a program aimed at overhauling 194 high-rise buildings this year, REGNUM reports, citing a source in the city administration.

The program reportedly requires $31.5m in funding. The money is expected from federal, regional and municipal coffers.

According to the source, the city of Vladivostok is only allocating $1.2m.

Last year all the sources reportedly spent on housing overhauls $9.3m.
