Khabarovsk’s $22m electricity debt unveiled

As of November 1 Khabarovsk regional legal entities were in $22m debt for electricity consumed between January and October 2009, REGNUM reports, citing a source in Khabarovskenergosbyt, the region’s main energy supplier.

According to the source, most debtors have operations in the region’s largest cities of Khabarovsk and Komsomolsk-on-Amur.

The energy provider is already reportedly cutting electricity supply to some of the debtors.
