Official representative of the UK’s Intellectual Capital Services (ICS Ltd.) in the Russian Federation.
Sergey Khromov-Borisov has almost 20 years of experience in managerial positions in Russian and international telecom, IT, wholesale and retail companies, and in consulting. An Executive MBA graduate of Stockholm School of Economics.
One of the developers of the MegaFon brand, and the ‘founding father’ of MegaFon’s universal pay card service.
Editor-in-Chief at Strategic Management Magazine.
Served as a scientific editor for the Russian-language editions of such bestsellers as “Managing Customer Relationships” by D. Peppers and M. Rogers, Ph.D., and “Managing Intellectual Capital in Practice” by G. Roos; for “Technology Forecast”, a Russian-language PricewaterhouseCoopers publication; and a number of other books on management.
Author of the Complexity Management concept and Editor-in-Chief of the “Complexity Management. Business Operating System” international compendium.
Certified professor at the Swedish Institute of Management (IFL Executive Education); visiting professor at the Stockholm School of Economics, the British School of Design, Advanced Management Institute, and the Russian School of Management.
