Biography

With eight year's financial experience Denis Pryanichnikov is currently responsible for dealing with new issuers and providing consulting support to companies preparing for an IPO. Prior to joining the MICEX in 2007 Denis worked for largest Russian companies and banks. He held the position of the head of the Investment Products Department at management company Kapital. Before that he worked as a senior analyst at Alfa Bank where he was responsible for analytical support for companies preparing to enter the debt market. For over four years he was the head of the Analytical Department at the Otkrytiye Brokerage House. Denis Pryanichnikov graduated from Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, he also undertook postgraduate study at Higher School of Economics. Denis holds FFMS Certificates 1.0, 2.0.
