Oleg Elshin

Biography

A graduate of Mendeleev Moscow Chemical Engineering Institute, Moscow State Law Academy, Stockholm School of economics and Oxford University (MBA), Mr Elshin has worked for over 14 years in the investment and banking sphere taking leading positions at Russian investment banks UralSib and Rosbank. He arranged first issues of public debt instruments for many well-known Russian companies, including Baltimore, Alros, PIK, OGO, Razgulay Group, Incom-Auto and others. In 2006 Oleg Elshin headed up the Oxford University strategic consulting team at the London Stock Exchange. Currently, Mr Elshin is managing the Russky AIM project and preparation of several AIM IPO transactions.
